US vs Imperial quart—does it change cups?
Yes. This tool uses US liquid. An Imperial quart is larger (≈ 1.136 L), so cup counts differ in UK contexts. US dry quart is ~1,101.22 ml (used for some produce), which differs from US liquid.
Is 2 pints a quart?
Yes. 2 pints = 1 quart (and 1 quart = 4 cups).
